Beautifully crafted butter knife
First of all this butter knife looks very classy with a polished stainless steel surface. It has good solid weight to it as well. The curler side of the knife does exactly what you see in the product photos. The only recommendation I would say is to let the butter soften a bit first. Otherwise the butter is still more difficult to spread when it’s cold. The shredder side of the knife is also nice to loosen up your butter as well.
Easy to use with hard real butter
I have been waiting to review this item for a while now. I’m excited to have a butter knife that actually assists with spreading real butter that is very hard out of the refrigerator. Margarine tends to stay soft, is so easy to spread, but it’s so unhealthy. This little knife rakes over the high quality real butter and creates little curls that are much easier to spread on toast. It also has a larger flat surface area for maximum spreading.
What an ingenious creation!
This was love at first sight! I was so excited to find this knife. As I NOW say, “Cut the butter, not the toast!” I like that the knife can create these butter curls, which are super easy to spread and melt. So cool, and can’t get much better than stainless steel kitchen tools.
